For almost 2 years, Store Volet Service has been an official sponsor of Jonathan LAMY. Firefighter in Thoiry and ski instructor in La Plagne, he has set himself the goal of climbing the highest peaks in the world, starting with Everest (the highest: 8848m). After two years of preparation and fundraising, Jonathan managed to achieve his goals, whether in his physical training, his logistics, his motivation but also his funding, because this dream has a price.

The whole SVS team is proud of this incredible feat which took place on May 23 and 24, 2021: Jonathan climbed Everest (8848m) the highest peak in the world, but he also immediately climbed Lhotse (8516m) 4th highest peak in the world, spending three days at over 8000m. He is the second Frenchman in history and above all the youngest to achieve this incredible double.
